Work with us

Thank you for your interest in joining our creative community! Our current opportunities are listed below. We encourage applications from ethnically diverse and disabled applicants as they are underrepresented in our sector and our workforce. We value and celebrate the positive impact that difference has on our community.

Trustee (voluntary)

Our Trustees support the executive team to deliver the vision the charity, ensuring we fulfil our commitments to our community and meet our legal obligations as a charity. Through volunteering your time and skills in the role of Trustee, you’ll help us to achieve our goals and empower more disabled children and young people to thrive through dance.
To have an informal conversation about becoming a Trustee of icandance, please contact our Founder and CEO, Juliet Diener.

Volunteer

Our volunteers play a vital part in the icandance community. There are many ways you can share your skills and time with us, and benefit from gaining new experiences and learning.

You might want to volunteer in the role of dance partner to our dancers on a weekly basis, or support the work of the executive team through your administrative skills, or perhaps you’re a whizz on social media and can help to raise the profile of our charity. However you volunteer for icandance, through 1-2-1 support the senior icandance team will guide you on your own journey of learning and development to gain new skills, knowledge and experience, welcoming you as a member of our community.
